InvoiceLineLab / FAQ
The questions worth asking first
Explore a synthetic example. File processing is not available yet.
Can I upload an invoice now?
No. This website shows a fixed, interactive example. It does not receive or process your documents.
Does the example use real invoices?
No. The supplier, invoice and rows are synthetic. The controls only change prepared data on this page.
What would the future tool extract?
Invoice lines: descriptions, references, quantities, units, prices, discounts and net amounts when present, plus invoice and page context.
Would scans be supported?
That remains to be evaluated. A scanned image and a text-based PDF need different handling. No OCR accuracy is claimed.
Will I still need to review the result?
Yes. Missing values, page breaks, units and ambiguous amounts need visible checks. A matching total is not a guarantee of complete accuracy.
Is this accounting or invoicing software?
No. The intended output is a table for analysis and further work, not new invoices, tax advice or automatic accounting entries.
Where would my documents be processed?
The future processing architecture, retention and providers have not been decided. No documents are received on this site.
Is the €29 plan available?
No. €29 excluding VAT per month for 100 pages is a pricing hypothesis. No payment, subscription or credit balance is created.
Can I use a free alternative?
Yes. A native export, useful invoice XML, Excel Power Query or Tabula may be sufficient. We link to those alternatives so you can choose.
Does requesting access create an account?
No. The form registers an access request through BankStatementLab for InvoiceLineLab. Only a confirmed server response shows success. The product remains in development; no account or immediate access is activated.
